What happens if I run out of tasks?
Flows keep running for a grace buffer of 10% while we notify you. You can add a task top-up or switch plans any time; nothing is lost.
Do unused tasks roll over?
Tasks reset each billing month. On yearly plans you can use your annual total flexibly across months.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices shown exclude GST. A GST invoice is issued for every payment, and you can add your GSTIN in billing settings.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Switch back to Off-Peak whenever you like. Your flows stay saved; anything above the free limits pauses.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or schools?
