These terms govern your use of ZWITCHHUP, provided by ZWITCHHUP Private Limited. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the people you invite and the apps you connect. Keep your login secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

• Use ZWITCHHUP only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of each connected app, including WhatsApp Business policies.
• Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use the service to harm others.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Plans, tasks and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and are priced by tasks per month. Prices exclude GST. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

AI agents and approvals

AI agents can make mistakes. You decide which steps run automatically and which need approval, and you remain responsible for actions taken by your flows.

Availability

We work to keep ZWITCHHUP available and to retry failed steps, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the availability of third-party apps.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala having jurisdiction.
