This policy explains how ZWITCHHUP Private Limited ("ZWITCHHUP", "we") handles information when you use zwitchhup.com and the ZWITCHHUP product.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, company and billing information.
- Connection data: tokens issued by apps you connect through their official access. We do not store your app passwords.
- Flow data: the data that passes through your flows, kept only as long as your run history setting requires.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used and diagnostic logs that help us keep the service reliable.
How we use it
To run your flows, provide support, bill you, keep the service secure and improve the product. Your data is never used to train AI for other customers.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to people who need it to support you, and is logged.
Retention and deletion
Run data is deleted when your run history period ends. You can disconnect any app at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by writing to us.
Sharing
We share data only with the apps you connect, with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and payments) under contract, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.
