Do I need to know coding?
No. You build flows by dragging blocks onto the board or by describing the job in plain words. ZWITCHHUP draws the circuit, and you check it before switching it on. Developers can still add webhooks or custom API calls when they want to.
Which apps can it connect?
WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Tally, Zoho, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, Instamojo and more. Anything with an API or webhook can be wired in with the HTTP block.
What happens if a step fails?
The step retries automatically with a back-off. If it still fails, the run pauses, you get a WhatsApp or email alert, and Run History shows the exact error and the data at that step so you can fix it and resume.
Can AI agents make mistakes?
Yes, so they show their work. Every agent step lists what it read, what it extracted and a confidence score for each field. Low-confidence fields can be sent to a human, and any step can require approval.
Is my data safe?
Apps are connected with their official sign-in and permissions, and you can disconnect any app at any time. Data in flows is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept only as long as your run history needs, and never used to train AI for other customers.
What counts as a task?
A task is one action step that completes successfully, such as adding a sheet row or sending a WhatsApp message. Triggers, filters, approvals and failed steps are not counted.
